Blue Water Country Music Festival

It’s time to tap those toes as Nelson Bay, Shoal Bay, Soldiers Point and the entire Tomaree Peninsula gets into the country spirit with FREE country music performances, boot scooting demonstration, socials and more kick off throughout the region celebrating all things Country!

Karuah River Music Festival

When: 18 - 20 May     Where:

Longworth Park, Karuah, NSW 

Music in the streets with jamming, blackboard concerts and workshops. There will be the best that Australian bluegrass has to offer featuring: The Hardrive Bluegrass Band, The Lawnmowers, Gleny Rae and many more to come. On the River and about town in beautiful Karuah. Tri Port Stephens - Party at Port - NSW Series

When: 19 & 20 May     Where:

 The “Party at Port” Port Stephens triathlon & multisport festival will see athletes swim, ride and run their way around some of the most stunning coastal areas in NSW. Held over 2 days, the festival will feature 3 triathlons, Olympic, Sprint and Enticer distances along with the Ocean Swim Classic and King of the Mountain Run.

Tilligerry Motorama Car Show

When: 20 May     Where:

This annual event is held in the grounds of Tilligerry RSL Sports Club Tanilba Bay. With more than 300 vehicles on display including Veteran, Vintage, Classic and Muscle cars, this is a terrific community event not to be missed. There’ll be face painting and rides for the kids, food and beverages and live music. On Sunday it’s down to business when the vehicle judging takes place. Entry to the event is by gold coin donation.

NSW Stand Up Paddleboard State Titles Festival

When: 24 - 27 May     Where:

International athletes, an $8000 prize purse and a festival atmosphere will arrive in Port Stephens for the third NSW Stand Up Paddleboard Titles on May 24 to 27.

With the support of d’Albora Marinas as well as Port Stephens Council, the 2012 event heralds an expansion from a two-day program to four days to host not only NSW’s most elite paddleboard surfers, but a national and international line up on stop 2 of the Australian Stand Up Paddleboard series.

The Southern Cross Festival of Stand Up Paddleboarding presented by d’Albora Marinas will see the action spread across One Mile Beach to Nelson Bay.
