Searching for & booking accommodation

Using the Search form, you can search our accommodation database and find the perfect place to stay anywhere in Port Stephens.  You have the option of narrowing your search by accommodation type, availability and location. You can also use the advanced search by selecting ‘Change Search Filters’.  This option allows to you to narrow your search by setting, facilities and specific locations & types of accommodation.

To list all the accommodation in Port Stephens, without narrowing the search, simply select the grey ‘Display all’ button.

To book accommodation, conduct the search as above and from the list of options returned, select either the yellow ‘Book Now’ or blue ‘Request a Booking’ of your choose accommodation.  Then you can review the rooms and rates available and select one to suit your needs. Select ‘Book Now’ and the room will be added to your ‘Shopping Cart. Select Checkout and enter your details to complete payment.

If you have selected an accommodation provide with a blue ‘Request a booking’ button, you room will also be added to your Shopping Cart and you will need to select ‘Checkout’ to complete the booking.

Complete your details in the booking form, and submit. Your booking is now reserved and you will receive a response within 24 hours via email and will then be requested to complete payment.

For all bookings, you need to tick the ‘Accept Cancellation Policy’ box in order for the booking to be submitted.
