Born from humble beginnings in Nepal to become an internationally renowned Chef, Navin Poon is making his mark in the food industry.
Navin spent a large portion of his life working at various hotels internationally including the world’s most luxurious hotel boasting a huge 7-star rating, the Burj Al Arab in Dubai. During his time in Dubai Narvin also participated in and won several competitions, including the Time Out Dubai Young Chef of the Year Award in 2013 where he was a memorable 1st Runner Up.
Throughout his career Navin has continuously produced impeccable quality food for thousands of delighted guests and has now opened his own restaurant, bringing all his expertise and talent to the slice of heaven that is Port Stephens.
