Moonshadow-TQC Cruises and John ‘Stinker’ Clarke, two synonymous names in Port Stephens have joined forces to bring to ‘real life’ the Historical Cruise Series.

We are delighted to be collaborating with local historian, author and radio personality, John ‘Stinker’ Clarke on our new Historical Cruise Series

Climb aboard with Moonshadow-TQC Cruises in Nelson Bay for the cruises to either to beautiful Fingal Island and/or Broughton Island.

John breathes life into these fascinating locations and we are looking forward to welcoming passengers on board to visit, learn, and explore our incredible backyard with one of its most renowned neighbours.

Moonshadow-TQC Cruises have recently been granted access to the lighthouse by National Parks, giving passengers a once in a lifetime opportunity to climb to the top and take in the extraordinary 360 views of the Port Stephens waterways and beyond. With John’s informative and fascinating commentary and personal experiences on the island, this is truly a unique experience for our passengers.

The guided tour, by John ‘Stinker’ Clarke focuses on the light keepers, their families and their experiences as well as fascinating stories surrounding the lighthouse
