Port Stephens Toyota NSW Pro brings the best surfers across the world to the NSW coastline. The event will combine World Surf League elite surfers with Surfing NSW junior and open woman superstars.
After a gruelling year battling it out around the world, the World Surf League Qualifying Series will culminate at Birubi Beach for the 2017 Port Stephens Toyota NSW Pro. Some of the world’s best surfers will be on hand trying to consolidate themselves a spot on the 2018 elite Championship Tour.
Port Stephens is one of the most famed surf spots in Australia and we look forward to welcoming some of the world’s best surfers to our stunning region; beautiful beaches, National Parks and the amazing Worimi Conservation Lands.
Check out all the hype while witnessing the worlds best female surfers battle it out, where 7 of the World Championship Tour surfers will be competing, including Joanne Defay, Sage Erickson, Tatiana Weston Webb, Coco Ho, Bronte Macauly, Keely Andrew and Pauline Ado. While the women battle it out a group of Australia’s top male competitors will be doing battle just down the beach.
The Port Stephens Open Women’s Challenge and the PRD and Kaos Surf Cadet Cup will give amateur women and promising junior stars the opportunity to rub shoulders with some of the biggest names in surfing.
