Port to Plate is an exclusive dining experience celebrating the very best of Port Stephens’ local seafood and the craftsmanship of one of Australia’s most iconic wineries.
Hosted by Restaurant 2317 in partnership with Nelson Bay Fish Market and Tyrrell’s Wines, this intimate four-course dinner has been carefully curated to showcase the region’s freshest seasonal seafood, expertly paired with premium wines from the Hunter Valley.
Guests will enjoy an evening of exceptional food, thoughtfully matched wines and engaging stories behind each course. Special guest Andrew Spinaze from Tyrrell’s Wines will guide guests through every wine pairing, sharing insights into the history, heritage and winemaking philosophy that has made Tyrrell’s one of Australia’s most respected wineries.
