Weekend Festival 18 - 19 August

DÁLBORA Marinas, Nelson Bay

Port Stephens is renowned for sensational seafood all year round with Hunter River estuaries and Myall Lakes and River bursting with sweet prawns and plump oysters, Blue Swimmer and Mud crabs and lobsters and of course an abundance of fresh fish.

Oysters have been farmed within the pristine waterways of Port Stephens by generations of families. Join our “farmers of the sea” and learn more about our local oyster industry, taste and purchase oysters straight from the farmer and then learn the secret to shucking.

The Love Sea Food Weekend Festival celebrates our coastal cuisine with live cooking demonstrations, tastings, oyster shucking, interactive displays, children’s activities and much more.
