The Festival weekend 18 - 19 August PROGRAM includes seafood tastings with local providores for passionate foodies; seafood cooking demonstrations, hands-on seafood preparation experiences, oyster shucking competition and the farmers of the sea (oysters); family friendly activities and the Sacred Tree markets on Saturday and much much more.
This year’s tantalising line-up includes a four-course, Signature Series seafood degustation lunch featuring the finest, freshly prepared, local seafood from local dining hot-spot, The Little Nel on Friday 10th August.
Horizons Gold Resort’s Nine and Dine Signature Series seafood dinner will delight golf lovers with a fun, social nine holes of golf, followed by a complimentary drink and a feast of fresh local seafood on Friday 10th August.
Luxurious local resort, The Anchorage brings Hunter Valley Wine Country greats to the table for their Signature Series Seafood and Semillon Dinner an incredible, seven-course, seafood and wine degustation on Friday 31st August.

Local eateries will be offering seafood lunch and dinner specials throughout August to showcase seasonal seafood, fresh from the fishing boats and farmers of Port Stephens.
Oyster is a feature length documentary capturing the daily routines, chaos and drama of a lively, hard-working second generation oyster farming family on the south-east coast of Australia.
In conjunction with the Love Seafood festival, Port Stephens oyster farmers are hosting a one off showing at Nelson Bay Cinema. PLEASE NOTE - TICKETS NEED TO BE PICKED UP FROM THE VISITOR INFORMATION CENTRE.
