Property cancellation policy STANDARD BOOKINGS - CANCELLATION / AMENDMENT • Should you cancel or amend your reservation with-in 72 hours of your arrival date a 100% cancellation fee of the total package is applicable. • Should you amend your booking during your stay and depart early a 100% cancellation fee will apply to remaining package charges. • Full payment will be processed to your nominated credit card 72 hours prior to arrival. Unfortunately debit cards are not accepted* • All changes and / or cancellations to bookings must be communicated in writing to [email protected]. PROMOTIONS & SPECIAL DATE BOOKINGS - CANCELLATION / AMENDMENT 7 DAYS (EASTER, KING'S BIRTHDAY, LABOUR DAY LONG WEEKEND and JANUARY excluding PEAK period dates and all bookings that fall within these dates). • Should you cancel or amend your reservation within 7 days of your arrival date a 100% cancellation fee of the total package is applicable. • Should you amend your booking during your stay and depart early a 100% cancellation fee will apply to remaining package charges. • Full payment of accommodation charges is required 7 days prior to arrival.
