Cancellation Policy

Sand Dune Adventures (SDA) reserve the right to reschedule bookings due to unsuitable weather conditions or any other unforeseen situation that may arise. If quad biking is cancelled due to unsuitable weather the customer ticket can be changed to an open dated ticket valid for 12 months. SDA are happy to try and change your tour time if you are running late. A FULL 7 days notice that you cannot make it.... BUT there's not much we can do for people who simply change their mind at the last minute sorry.... NO REFUND for a NO SHOW! Bookings cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival - 100% of the total booking cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. We can put your booking on hold for 12 months if under the 7 days. There are no refunds or holds for cancellations made on the same day.
