The Visitors Centre located in the heart of Nelson Bay offers a complete range of information, including an online accommodation and tours booking service. Souvenirs, local produce, crafts, and other merchandise are available for purchase. Free Wi-fi and a quiet area for reading is offered for the convenience of travellers.
