Chef - Owner Ludovic Poyer has created a menu that is true to his classical roots but with a modern twist.
For breakfast expect the eggs to be free range and the hollandaise to be freshly made.
Lunch is designed to be a social event. Our tapas style share menu offers anything from oysters sourced from our backyard to escargots.
For the mains the pastas and sauces are made in house showcasing some of Australia’s beautiful seafood and poultry. We are also fully licensed sourcing our wine from boutique wineries from our neighbours in the Hunter Valley and around Australia and New Zealand.
If you’re just after a coffee and a sweet while taking in the breathtaking view of Port Stephens, well we have that too. While the Poyer's make all their desserts in house, the coffee is ethically sourced from 5 single origin coffees from around the world. Each origin is carefully roasted one by one & blended soon after to create a coffee that is exceptionally well balanced.
