From boutique farms and artisan producers to creative workshops and paddock-to-plate demonstrations — every stop tells a story of the region’s rich hinterland culture and community.

Taste, learn, create and connect as you explore the countryside at your own pace. You might pick your own produce, join a hands-on workshop, or stock up on fresh local goods straight from the source.
