Gin and Jazz Festival 2019 @ Murrays Brewery

Free live jazz and rockin blues concerts will feature across the weekend – The Rehab Brass Band's will be performing on Saturday 13 July, based on the tradition of New Orleans street marching bands and second line rhythms will get you on your feet and dancing with some down and dirty brass injected funk !

Half Nelson will take you on a midnight ride through the back alleys of New Orleans and the smoky Jazz dives of 1920's Harlem, on Sunday 14 July.

3 Gins.. In addition to Murray’s flagship ‘Gentleman Smith’ East Coast Gin, and the 'Frisky Whisker Gin' Murray’s is releasing another Gin especially for the festival Gin Sin. A unique take on the ‘Gentleman Smith’ East Coast gin featuring prominent notes of rosemary, basil and thyme alongside the primary botanicals - juniper, coriander, & citrus.

Gin Masterclasses.. Learn all about brewing, and getting the most out of tasting craft gin! The distiller will be available each day at the cellar door to talk about craft spirits. Brewery tours run at 2.15pm each day of the weekend by Murray’s brewers. The tour costs $5 per person, and runs for 30 minutes. Bookings essential.

Gin Cocktails.. Murray’s will be serving up a range of non-traditional gin-based cocktails – as you probably haven’t experienced before.

And More . . Of course the usual line-up of Murray’s award winning craft beers will also be pouring. The kitchen will be serving up finger lickin American dude food and an array of healthy food options and kid’s meals too.
