NSW State Titles Marathon Outrigger Canoe Championships - 6 & 7 April 2024

Shoal Bay's waters will be filled with paddlers when Port Stephens Outrigger Canoe Club hosts the National Marathon Championships.

The event will be based at Shoal Bay with all racing finishing at the jetty.

Races will take the outriggers out our bay and along the coastline and outer islands. Tomaree Summit will be a great place to view the spectacle of canoes.

Six races to be held over 2 days involving single and double Outrigger Canoes and 6 man Outrigger Canoes. Events will be for both Junior and Senior teams (Men’s Women’s and Mixed) as well as individuals.

Over 70 individual outriggers and 30 teams are expected to converge on the waters of Port Stephens for an exhilarating weekend of paddling.
