Karuah Oyster and Timber Festival 2025

The annual Karuah Oyster and Timber Festival is a fun-filled day with the festival showcasing two industries the town was built on. Oysters and Timber. 

The Festival draws over 30 wood choppers from around the country for the Championship event. Love oysters? You'll be in the right place! Karuah is one of the largest producers of oysters in in Port Stephens. 

A great family friendly event, there will be Market stalls, Food vendors and one of the highlightes of the day will be the great Karuah River Duck Race.
