Booking Terms and Conditions

The following applies to all bookings made unless otherwise stated.

Amendment Fees
An amendment fee of $30.50 will be charged for all changes to confirmed bookings.

Event Tickets
Full payment is required at the time of booking. All tickets are non-refundable unless agreed upon by the event organiser.

Accommodation

For reservations made online, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Reservations made directly with the Visitor Information Centre more than 28 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total accommodation cost is required with full payment due 28 days prior to arrival.
Reservations made within 28 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking.

Accommodation Cancellation Conditions

Bookings cancelled more than 28 days prior to arrival will incur a $60 Booking Centre cancellation fee per booking.
Bookings cancelled 8-28 days prior to arrival will incur a $60 Booking Centre cancellation fee per booking. This fee is in addition to the cancellation fee of the service provider.
For accommodation service providers bookable through the Booking Centre or website (www.portstephens.org.au), 50% of the remaining total accommodation cost is non-refundable, unless otherwise stated by the service provider.
Bookings cancelled 7 days or less from arrival, no refund will apply unless otherwise stated or agreed to by the service provider.

Tours
Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Tour Cancellation Conditions

Tours cancelled more than 7 days prior to tour departure will incur a cancellation fee of $25 per booking.
Tours cancelled within 7 days of tour departure no refund will apply unless otherwise stated or agreed to by the service provider.
No refunds or exchange of tickets, unless otherwise advised by the operator.

Please note: product descriptions and images are generally provided by the service provider. Facilities may change from time to time. Images may not show the particular room, decor, view or other specifications included in your booking. Port Stephens Visitor Information Centre is not itself a transport, tour or accommodation provider. When making arrangements and bookings we act only on behalf of the service provider. The Port Stephens Visitor Centre reserves the right to offer alternative accommodation/tour of a similar standard in the case of an accommodation/tour operator overbooking their property or for any reason beyond our control.
