Cancellation Policy

Booking Terms and Conditions: • When making a booking with Central Motel Nelson Bay you agree to the conditions set out in the cancellation policy set by Central Motel Nelson Bay. • Only the guests included in the booking INCLUDING children and infants are permitted onsite and in the rooms at The Central Motel Nelson Bay. • You acknowledge that Central Motel Nelson Bay is a SMOKE FREE motel and that smoking of any kind is NOT PERMITTED in the rooms on verandahs or in the car park or pool area. • You agree that charges for smoke tainted rooms will be imposed at the following nights accommodation rate. • You agree to a noise curfew on 10.30pm. • You agree to vacate the premises should complaints be made by other guests regarding disruptive behaviour. • When making tour and accommodation bookings: ADULT =12+ years of age CHILD = 1- 12 years Under 1 = free Cancellation Policy: • Cancellation is offered free up until 48 hours prior to check in time of 2pm on the day of arrival. • Cancellation inside 48 hours to 24 hours prior to check in time incur a 50% accommodation fee. • Cancellation inside 24 hours prior to arrival will incur 100% of the accommodation rate as the cancellation fee. • ALL BOOKINGS MADE WITHIN 24HRS OF ARRIVAL ARE NON - REFUNDABLE • Refunds will NOT be given for guests that check out early during their stay.
