Cancellation Policy

Individual Cabins & Bungalows bookings Refunds on deposits less a $50 cancellation fee are only possible if: A) Cancellations made in writing or email more than 10 weeks prior to arrival date. If this advice is received more than 10 weeks prior to arrival dates then a refund is possible less cancellation fee. B) Cancellations less than 10 weeks prior to arrival but more than 3 weeks prior to arrival. We need to re-book the same building for the same price and dates. Once this has happened then a refund is due less cancellation fee. If we are unable to re-book the building then the deposit is nonrefundable. C) Cancellation less than 21 days prior to arrival nil refund. If cancellations are less than 21 days prior to arrival then all monies that have been paid for are non refundable. Group bookings and multiple building bookings Once a booking is confirmed with a deposit then cancellation refunds on deposits less a $100 cancellation fee per group building and $50 cancellation fee per Cabin or Bungalow are only possible if: A) Cancellations after deposit has been paid We need to re-book the same building for the same price and dates. Once this has happened then a refund is due less cancellation fee. If we are unable to re-book the building then the deposit is nonrefundable. B) Cancellation less than 21 days prior to arrival nil refund. If cancellations are less than 21 days prior to arrival then all monies that have been paid for nonrefundable. High Peak Times Christmas New Years Easter and Public Holidays. There are no refunds for cancellations of any bookings over these periods. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST. Covid-19 Policy During these uncertain times of Covid-19 we understand that things can change pretty quickly with cases lockdowns and State boarder restrictions. As a business we want to offer a fair and reasonable outcome for customers in regards to changes. If lockdown is called in your State or City and you are not able to attend your reservation then we will: A. Hold a credit for a future booking to the full value of your money paid until you are ready to rebook Or B. Reschedule your booking to your preferred dates If you’re rescheduled dates fall into a different tariff rate e.g High Peak then your booking value will be changed to reflect this. No refunds are provided.
