Valentines Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
By entering the Valentines Destination Port Stephens competition, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
1.2 By entering the competition, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Destination Port Stephens & Bannisters Port Stephens.
1.3 You have the right to opt out of communications from Destination Port Stephens & Bannisters Port Stephens at any time.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Entry is open to all individuals who agree to the terms and conditions of entry.
2.2 Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition commences on Thursday 29 January 2026 and concludes on Wednesday 11 February 2026 at 5pm.
3.2 In order to enter, entrants must fill out the entry form here and agree to the terms and conditions of entry.
3.3 There is only one entry allowed per person.
3.4 Entries must be received by Wednesday 11 February 2026 at 5pm.
4. PRIZE
4.1 There will be one (1) prize draw and one (1) winner. The winner will receive the prize, as set out below.
4.2 The prize consists of:
$200 Bannisters Port Stephens Voucher
Voucher valid from 1/2/26 to 1/2/27. All gift vouchers are subject to availability at the time of booking and conditions may apply. Gift vouchers are
non-transferable and not redeemable for cash exchange. This voucher is not partially redeemable. Please note that lost or stolen gift vouchers
cannot be replaced. Gift vouchers are issued for personal use only and must not be resold, transferred, or used for any commercial, promotional,
or marketing purposes without prior written consent from Bannisters. Vouchers may, however, be donated or used in support of charitable events
or fundraising activities, provided they are not sold for profit or otherwise commercially exploited.
When making a booking please quote the gift voucher number. Bookings are subject to standard property cancellation policies. Service fees apply
on Sundays and Public Holidays in Day Spa's & Restaurants. Minimum stays may apply. Gift vouchers must be presented on the day of
redemption. To redeem a gift voucher please call our team between 9am and 5pm
4.3 The winner will be chosen by random draw on Thursday 12 February 2026 and notified by email on Thursday 12 February 2026. The prize will be sent to the winner’s nominated email address by 5pm, Thursday 12 February 2026.
5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 There will be one (1) winner chosen from the total pool of entries received, chosen on Thursday 12 February 2026. Each entrant who has entered the competition over the duration of the competition and registered all details required will be eligible. The winner will be chosen subject to the criteria set out in clause 3.2.
5.2 The promoter’s decision is final, and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
