Meet the Maker with Metta Henderson

Metta has a Diploma in Applied Fashion & Technology & Millinery. She loves working with natural fibres and fabrics, often using things that she has enhanced using natural dyes. Metta grows several plants in her garden, specifically for weaving. The process is done in a number of steps and can take many months - harvesting, retting, dying and constructing. Each piece of her work is created as an individual, with her personality infused throughout.
