    Astro Turf Multi-Purpose Sites vary in size, please be clear when advising your caravan/camper or tent size so we can be sure to allocate you a suitable sized site.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period: 48 hours from reservation placed fully refundable if reservation not arriving within 7 days. General condition: non-refundable. Exceptions: full refund • Positive COVID result • Medical reason • Extreme weather event (e.g. flood fire) Please note: Current Reception hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM 7 Days a Week - Please let us know if you are going to arrive outside of reception hours and we can make late arrival arrangements for you.
