Murray’s Brewery is hosting an Australia Day long weekend of un-boring flavours and festivities. The fun begins with the launch of the brewer’s Peach and Fig Gose Beer, accompanied by food specials, plus a free concert on Saturday, Sunday and Tuesday playing everyone’s favourite Aussie tunes.

“We’re out to advance Australian fare this Australia Day long weekend and celebrate local flavours and craftsmanship,” says brewery owner, Murray Howe.

“It’s simply un-Australian to drink anything but great Aussie brews on Australia Day – so we are creating something special for the weekend with the release of our Peach and Fig Gose Beer.

Murray’s beers will be matched to a series of food specials, themed around (you guessed it) Australia. There’s a large range of local and regional wines to sample, as well as Murray’s current range of 100% Australian owned craft beer, spirits and cider.

Free concerts of great Aussie tunes will be performed over the weekend starting with Brien McVernon performing his brand of Aussie rock and roll on Saturday 23 January.

Mick Jones is a well known, well respected and well loved Vocalist and Guitarist who will perform on Sunday 24 January and we'll have a special public holiday concert on Tuesday the 26th of January with TK Vibez.

Murray’s Brewery and Port Stephens Winery is family friendly, and children are very welcome.

A Brewery Bus service will operate on Saturday and Sunday only. Bookings essential online via our website.
