NAIDOC Week launch event - Raymond Terrace

This year’s NAIDOC Week marks a significant milestone: 50 years of honouring and uplifting Indigenous voices, culture, and resilience. The theme for 2025 is “The Next Generation: Strength, Vision & Legacy,” which celebrates past achievements, while looking forward to a bright future.

10am – Flag Raising Ceremony and speeches at Council Administration Building

10:30am – Street march down William Street

11am to 2pm – Community cultural activities at Riverside Park
