Naturefest Human Whale 2018

Get some porpoise in your life and join our World Record attempt to create the biggest human humpback as we celebrate Naturefest and the annual whale watching season. Join all the fun as the mammoth mammal takes shape on the sand of Fingal Beach.

Participants will pay homage to ‘The Humpback Highway’ where over 30,000 whales will pass by on ‘the great whale migration’ forming an outline of a 100m long humpback on the beautiful beaches of Fingal Bay.

The event will also be supported by Educational Displays from OCCI (Ocean & Coastal Care Initiatives), Irukandji Shark and Ray Encounters, Marine Parks and some fun activities for the kids such as face painting, arts and crafts.

Registrations open at 10am at Fingal Beach in preparation for everyone to commence formation of the Whale at 11.45am for the formation to be captured by drone by 12noon.
