Whale Tales 2022 - whale watching talks

Join FREE headland whale watching talks to learn about humpback whales and where to spot them in Port Stephens.

Whale Tales is a series of free talks at Boat Harbour and Fingal Bay presented by local marine conservationist Jeannie Lawson, and supported by Port Stephens Council.

Whale Tales talks will be held at 10:30am, 11:30am, 12:30pm and 1:30pm each day:

  • Saturday 9 July — Barry Park Lookout, Fingal Bay - located on the headland at the southern end of Fingal Bay Beach.
  • Saturday 16 July — South Headland, Kinglsey Drive, Boat Harbour.

Come along on the day, no need to RSVP. Whale Tales may be postponed in wet weather.
