Terms and Conditions

 INCREDIBLE BY NATURE GETAWAYS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

By entering the "Incredible by Nature Getaways" Destination Port Stephens competition, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

1. STANDARD TERMS

1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.

1.2 By entering the competition, you’re agreeing to share your details including first name, last name, residential postcode and email address with Destination Port Stephens and the prize contributors: The Anchorage Port Stephens, Bella Kate Luxury Picnics, Freedom Trikes, Mantra Nelson Bay, KIN Café, Port Stephens Surf School, Oakfield Ranch.

1.3 These third parties may use your email address in marketing communications.

1.4 You have the right to opt out of communications from Destination Port Stephens and any of the third parties at any time.

2. WHO CAN ENTER?

2.1 Entry is open to all individuals who agree to the terms and conditions of entry.

2.2 Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.

3. HOW TO ENTER

3.1 The competition commences on Thursday 21st March 2024 at 10am and concludes on Wednesday 17th April 2024 at 5pm.

3.2 In order to enter, entrants must fill out the entry form on https://www.portstephens.org.au/incredible-by-nature-getaway/ and agree to the terms and conditions of entry.

3.3 There is only one entry allowed per person.

3.4 Entries must be received by Wednesday 17th April 2024 no later than 5pm.

4. PRIZES

4.1 There will be one (1) prize draw and one (1) winner. The winner will receive one prize package, as set out below.

4.2 The prize consists of:

Prize 1: Incredible Luxe Escape

  • Two nights accommodation for 2 adults at The Anchorage Port Stephens
  • Dinner for two adults, 1 night at The Galley Kitchen, The Anchorage Port Stephens (excluding beverages).
  • Daily breakfast at The Galley Kitchen, The Anchorage Port Stephens.
  • Luxury Picnic set up with a Gracin Box and Sparkling Wine from Bellakate luxury Picnics.
  • 1-hour Scenic Trike Ride with Freedom Trikes around the spectacular Tomaree Peninsula.

Prize value: $1,550 AUD.

Prize 2: Incredible Family Escape

  • 2 nights accommodation at the Mantra Nelson Bay for 2 adults and 2 Children in a 2 Bedroom Apartment.
  • Voucher at Café KIN, Nelson Bay for breakfast or lunch (value of $100).
  • 1-hour Surf School Lesson for 2 adults and 2 children at One Mile Beach inclusive of full steamers and expert instruction with Port Stephens Surf School.
  • A 20-minute Camel Ride on Birubi Beach courtesy of Oakfieldranch.

Prize value:  $1,680 AUD.

4.3 The winner will be chosen by random draw on Monday 22nd April 2024 and notified by email on Monday 22nd April 2024. The prize will be sent to the winner’s nominated email address by 5pm, Monday 22nd April 2024.

5. HOW TO WIN

5.1 There will be one (1) winner chosen from the total pool of entries received, chosen on Monday 22nd April 2024. Each entrant who has entered the competition over the duration of the competition and registered all details required will be eligible. The winner will be chosen subject to the criteria set out in clause 3.2.

5.2 The promoter’s decision is final, and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
